The Site Manager is charged with achievement of financial and operating objectives as determined by ARP and the Business Unit. The Site Manager is the key leadership role which manages all plant operations with overall responsibilities for safety, production, maintenance, quality, and customer relations. This position serves as the senior ARP representative locally and is responsible for compliance with the Amcor code of conduct and for ensuring plant compliance with all regulations (federal and local), as well as other Amcor and ARP policies and procedures. CompensationThe starting salary for this position is expected to be between $101,900 to $135,900; however, base pay offered may vary within the full salary range $101,900 to $169,900 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on national averages and a geographic differential may be applied based on work location. Position may also be eligible for Amcor's Management Incentive Plan / Sales Incentive Plan, which is an annual bonus program based on business and individual performance, as well as medical coverage and other health and welfare benefits.
