Join Adobe and help shape how organizations plan and manage meaningful work! We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Adobe Workfront product team-where you'll collaborate across Adobe's product ecosystem and co-create impactful experiences with some of our most strategic customers.

This role blends product strategy, systems thinking, and hands-on customer engagement. You'll play a key part in expanding how planning capabilities connect across Adobe's technology landscape-while also supporting real customer value realization and success stories along the way.

What You'll Do
  • Evolve core parts of the Workfront Planning roadmap with an eye toward scalable integration across Adobe's tools and platforms

  • Partner directly with enterprise customers to explore needs, test ideas, and help shape the product based on real-world goals

  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to validate solutions and bring features to life

  • Contribute to initiatives that make cross-product experiences smoother and smarter

  • Share what you learn-through customer insights, product usage patterns, and market trends-to influence priorities

  • Partner with customer success, marketing, and sales to help clients realize value and expand adoption

  • Foster collaboration across the team and contribute to a strong product culture

What You'll Bring
  • 5-7 years of product management experience, especially in enterprise SaaS, collaboration tools, or platform integrations

  • Excitement for solving complex problems and working across systems and teams

  • Experience working closely with customers to co-develop solutions and build long-term value

  • A learning mindset-you adapt, iterate, and grow with feedback

  • Strong communication skills that build trust and alignment

  • A thoughtful, collaborative working style with attention to context, priorities, and impact

  • Experience with Enterprise Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager, or other Adobe Technologies are a plus!

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $122,200 -- $234,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
