Summary of Job Description: The purpose of Community Marketing is to build brand awareness and demand for Panda in local communities by forging meaningful connections with our guests that drive regional transactions and sales. The Community Marketing Representative is responsible for supporting and coaching our Area Coaches of Operations (ACOs), and General Managers (GMs) by enrolling them in the impact of local store marketing (LSM) initiatives, focusing within the four walls and the last mile of each of our locations to drive guest love.As a member of the Community Marketing team, this position assists operators in meeting sales and profitability goals through flawless execution of marketing efforts as well as execution of local marketing initiatives.
