Structural Heart Program Manager *Full Time Day*

The Program Manager is accountable for the overall management, leadership, and direction of the clinical and operational activities of the structural heart program in accordance with Providence Saint John's Health Mission and Core Values. The Program Manager will work to create an environment that fosters a multidisciplinary team and collaborative approach to care, treatment and follow-up that achieves operational and clinical "Best Practice." The Program Manager works with department directors and oversees the daily operations of the structural heart program, assisting nursing, medical and ancillary staff in providing quality care outcomes for structural heart patients. The Program Manager sustains excellent performance and tracks and reports impact of structural heart care delivery on patients' quality of life; always striving to improve, in partnership with all departments. They will also support efforts in error reduction, physician and nurse enrichment/satisfaction, length of stay measures and patient care resource management. Other responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree Nursing
  • Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License
  • 5 years General Experience


Preferred Qualifications:



  • 6 months in the area of specialization, 3-5 years preferred
  • Experience as a program coordinator, nursing leadership position or educator preferred
