Make an Impact! Reporting to the CEO, The Senior Project Manager (SPM) serves as a trusted support staffer and execution lead for analytics and special projects.. This role is responsible for driving complex, high-priority projects across the health system that advance organizational goals in care delivery, operational performance, innovation, and growth. The SPM works closely with executive leaders, clinical teams, and administrative stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the CEO's vision and strategic priorities.

Position: Senior Project Manager
Shift: Full Time - 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, On-site

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 - 6 years of progressive experience, including experience in health systems or complex healthcare organizations.
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive, high impact special projects at the executive level.
  • Experience in project management or analytical decision-making roles.

    Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • Master's Required.

    Licensures/Certifications:
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships a plus.
