Provides clinical leadership for specified program. As a member of the treatment team(s) of the program, is responsible for providing a broad range of treatment and case management functions for the population served. Provides clinical program coordination.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) 2. Current licensure to practice professional nursing in West Virginia, or applicable state where services will be performed. 3.
