Peachford Hospital, a 246-bed private psychiatric hospital, has a 50+ year tradition of providing the best in behavioral health and addictive disease treatment. We are currently searching an experienced and energetic candidate to join our team as the Dierctor of PHP for both our Adult and Adolescent partial hospitlization programs.

We are looking for a motivated individual that thrives in a fast paced environment and who functions as a team player. The position includes direct client contact (i.e. intakes, case management, groups, and crisis management), as well as management/leadership duties that include assuring the balance of overall quality of care and fiscal management. Prior leadership/people supervision experience and management is required. LCSW or LPC liscensure is strongly preferred.


Qualifications

We are searching for candidates with at least 5 years clinical experience in a behavioral health setting with:

  • Prior Management Experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with professionals and clients/families
  • Ability to make accurate assessments and provide appropriate treatment
  • Demonstrate skills as an effective team member
  • Demonstrate skills as an effective leader
  • Ability to establish rapport with a wide range of clients and employees
  • Good listening skills
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Cultural Sensitivity
  • Ability to work independently with strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to participate in staff meetings and trainings provided
  • Commitment to professional development
