City/State Virginia Beach, VAWork Shift First (Days)Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect specializing in artificial intelligence (AI) to drive the design, integration, and evolution of AI-powered solutions across our healthcare back-office and enterprise systems. You will define the end-to-end AI architecture, establish robust integration frameworks for multiple chatbots and AI services, and lay the foundations for scalable, future-ready capabilities that advance clinical operations, revenue cycle, and patient engagement. Enterprise Architecture work involves developing high level frameworks that align an organization's IT applications, infrastructure with business processes/data to improve the efficiency and productivity of business operations including: *Mapping the relationships between information systems components (i.e., end users, business processes, applications, data, IT platform hardware/software, and networks) *Identifying key interactions and dependencies across separate systems and platforms *Evaluating the total cost of ownership and return on investment of various architecture alternatives. The Principal Enterprise Architect will primarily support AI initiatives across Sentara IT and other initiatives in Enterprise Analytics area. EducationBachelor's Degree + 8 years of relevant experience Preferred AWS/Azure/Google Professional Architect, Certified Health Data Analyst (CHDA). Experience RequirementsRequired Qualification :
We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$106,080.00-$176,820.80. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. .
