About the Role: Are you detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in vehicle titles and registration? We're looking for a Title and Registration Specialist to join a fast-paced, mission-driven team in Vernon Hills, IL. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely processing of vehicle titles, supporting internal teams, and delivering exceptional service to members and partners. Key Responsibilities: * Process vehicle titles in accordance with state and DMV guidelines * Prepare and update loan records and documentation * Communicate with third-party partners to support title perfection and product claims * Assist internal departments via email and Microsoft Teams with title-related problem solving * Review, sort, and file incoming mail for imaging or routing to the titles department * Support the team in delivering a high-quality member experience * Meet and exceed service level standards What You'll Need: Must-Haves: * Minimum 6 months of experience in titles and registration (dealership, credit union, or currency exchange) * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) * High school diploma or GED Nice-to-Haves: * Experience in financial services or credit unions * Familiarity with systems like Symitar, Salesforce, TruStage, Accelerant, or LifeCycle * College education or coursework Work Environment: * Onsite in Vernon Hills, IL (with potential for 1 remote day/week after training) * Casual, collaborative culture with a focus on teamwork and service * Hands-on, learn-as-you-go training environment * Paid holidays during contract (including MLK Day, Presidents Day, Juneteenth, and other bank holidays) Why Apply? * Join a growing and reputable organization with a strong mission * Opportunity to transition into a permanent role * Be part of a team that values integrity, collaboration, and service excellence * Make a meaningful impact by supporting members through life's financial journey If you're ready to bring your title and registration expertise to a team that values precision, service, and growth-apply today! Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
