Import Customer Service Representative (CSR) Location: Baltimore, MD Schedule: 100% Onsite \| Monday-Friday \| 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Import Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Baltimore. This role is critical in ensuring smooth import operations and delivering exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities * Maintain and update customer files * Communicate regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction * Collect and verify all required import documentation * Input and validate data for ISFs and customs entries * Prepare commercial documents for entry processing * Apply knowledge of U.S. Customs and other regulatory agencies * Audit import documentation (entry summaries, invoices, certificates of origin, etc.) * Track and trace shipments via steamship lines and airlines * Coordinate with accounting to ensure timely billing * Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent * Minimum 1 year of experience in import operations or customer service * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment * Strong team player with the ability to work independently Preferred Skills * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills * Strong multitasking and time management abilities * Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills * Proven customer service excellence Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
