Overview: This role focuses on providing first-level technical support to internal users, helping resolve common IT issues, and escalating more complex problems to senior team members. The position is highly customer service-oriented and requires strong communication and troubleshooting skills (1+ years). Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the first point of contact for technical support via phone, email, chat, or walk-up desk. * Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues such as password resets, software installations, printer setup, and access problems. * Document support interactions and resolutions using a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow). * Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-tier support teams. * Assist with provisioning and minor hardware repairs following documented procedures. * Follow up with users to ensure satisfaction and provide clear explanations of support steps. Skills & Experience: * 1 year+ of experience in a service desk or IT support role. * Experience troubleshooting & utilizing tools such as Microsoft 365, Windows 10, Active Directory, etc. * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Ability to troubleshoot and document findings clearly and accurately. * Experience with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is a plus. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
