DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this position, you will engage in and oversee the creation, support, and assessment of statewide training programs focused on the Department's inventory management, procurement, purchasing, and purchasing card initiatives. This will involve collaboration with supervisors from the Bureau of Office Services, subject matter experts across the Commonwealth, and various stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include managing the development of statewide quality assurance assessments aimed at enhancing organizations' purchasing and inventory management practices while mitigating risks to the agency. Additionally, you will supervise the handling of inquiries received through the Issue Resolution Center, including phone calls, emails, and remedy tickets from agency personnel statewide. - Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- This position will be housed at department headquarters in Harrisburg or at an engineering district office if space is available.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year of experience as a Management Analyst 2 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Three years of progressively responsible experience in technical management analysis work which included evaluating work methods, procedures or organizational structures, and a bachelor's degree; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Other Requirements:
- This particular position also requires a current driver's license which is not under suspension.

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
