What You Will Do:
GFT is seeking a Senior Strategic Project Integration & Market Development Specialist to join our Shared Services Team in Austin, TX! This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring regular attendance at our Austin office. GFT Shared Service Services team, which includes Human Resources, Legal, Accounting & Finance, IT Services and Marketing & Communications, are essential for managing and supporting the company's global operations. Shared Services are part of a broader strategy to transform the business and improve efficiency. The support of this amazing team of professionals, is the backbone of our ability to deliver infrastructure consulting and design services. What you'll be challenged to do: The Senior Strategic Project Integration & Market Development Specialist plays a pivotal role in operational excellence across newly acquired projects. This position will lead efforts to analyze financial data for acquisitions, guide project managers in ERP system adoption, and contribute to high-level execution of complex engineering projects. With a focus on expanding market presence in Texas, the Specialist will apply deep client knowledge and business acumen to foster successful integration and long-term growth.
This is a strategic and hands-on role for a seasoned professional who thrives on navigating complex environments, optimizing project frameworks, and delivering exceptional results. In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $180,000 - $195,000. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
