What You Will Do:
GFT is seeking a Sr. Project Manager/Architect, with a focus on the Transportation, Aviation and Transit Market, to join our Architectural Studio in Miami. FL! This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring regular attendance at our office. At GFT, our architecture team is at the forefront of innovative and collaborative design, shaping inspirational and architecturally significant projects that stand the test of time and promote a sustainable future. Collaborating with a diverse group of industry experts and our in-house engineering teams, our architects leverage advanced technologies and creative solutions to deliver exceptional projects that positively impact and reshape communities across multiple sectors and markets. As a Sr. Project Manager/Architect, you will need to be a motivated leader helping to start and drive an architectural presence in Miami, with a focus on the Transportation, Aviation and Transit Market. You must have a positive attitude to serve new and existing clients, lead diverse design teams, drive and oversee constructability and architectural production quality, and promote timely project delivery. You will be challenged to produce high quality work in a fast-paced and intellectually engaging environment. We are seeking to make a long-term professional investment in you. Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $175,000. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
