Responsibilities

TRC is hiring a Distribution Coordinator for our San Antonio market. (This employee will work out of the SA office) We will consider candidates that reside in surrounding areas. This position will be working within our Power Distribution Engineering team and a part of our growing Power Sector.

Responsible for intake and assignment of the project documents through email, customer phone calls or the application submittal portal. Will make contact with customers via phone calls and email to collect project related information. Responsible for the following tasks:

  • Reviews existing/new application data provided by customers/customer representative details and attachments required for design resource assignment, at times with vague/incomplete instructions to achieve customer and organizational objectives.

  • Communicates with customer concerning application deficiencies, CPS Energy requirements, project expectations, answering questions regarding the application details, notifications, construction standards and redirecting, based on information provided.

  • Performs follow-up with internal resources to update missing or inaccurate address detail and move the application forward.

  • Assigns design projects to the appropriate design resource, including Design Coordinators and CPSE design contractors, based on the job type, location and available resources, by accessing CPSE work systems to assign work and notify design resources with the job packet and site visit details.


Qualifications

2+ years' experience in fast-paced environment preferred.

Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Prior experience in financial reporting, project tracking, scheduling, invoicing, and document control preferred.

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
