IT Service Quality Intern

• Shadow current Service Desk technicians until fully trained.
• Actively field Service Desk calls.
• Use technology tools to document calls, search for standard solutions and resolve cases.
• Participate in weekly Team meetings.
• Participate and attend FNB related events/trainings that are scheduled for all interns.
