Maxar is hiring a Systems Integration Lead for a High-Performance Computing (HPC) environment and will be responsible for the oversight and overall delivery of HPC and private cloud solutions developed for multiple customer program offices. As the Systems Integration Lead for the HPC solutions team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall work effort and products of the engineering and system administration staff over the full lifecycle of programs and projects for engineering, integration and deployment. This includes performing systems requirements analysis, functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition, technical management, architecture design, integration, system testing, system/tenant monitoring, and quality assurance. This role requires exceptional ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness to oversee system definition, technical planning, and execution across different parts of the program. Day-to-day, the Systems Integration Lead will be the central point-of-contact for internal cross-functional teams (Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, DevOps) in delivery of Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) to tenant systems hosted on the USG private cloud. Candidate will need a balance of technical understanding and mission application in order to communicate across many different teams, customers, government leaders/mission partners. Candidate will learn the breadth of platform technical capabilities and how that translates to Tenant programs' use of the platform. Must excel in managing tenant partnerships.
