OverviewThe Infrastructure Legal Affairs team has an immediate opening for a Senior Program Manager, Infrastructure Legal Affairs who will play a key role in helping our Land, Lease, Procurement, and Operations teams improve our legal engagement processes and scale our legal work and resources using Microsoft's AI technology. This is a unique opportunity for a program manager to help support Microsoft's rapidly expanding global cloud while using the latest AI innovations. The Infrastructure Legal Affairs team provides support to the Cloud Operations + Innovation organization, the team behind one of the world's largest cloud infrastructures, responsible for operating all Microsoft online products and services, including AI tools such as Copilot. ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end management of key process improvement initiatives related to the land, leasing, and procurement workflows, including tracking milestones, managing dependences, and ensuring timely delivery across teams. Collaborate with Corporate External and Legal Affiars (CELA) Infrastructure team members to create a rhythm of business, communications plan, and execution strategy for the land, leasing, and procurement programs. Provide expertise to produce collateral to ensure stakeholder needs and business objectives are met. Support development and implementation of governance models for decision-making, risk escalation, and accountability. Ensure smooth rollout of process changes through documentation, training, and feedback loops. Support the team in driving strategic initiatives that support the team's objectives both internally and externally. Collaborate with team members within and across organizational boundaries, including engineering teams, business teams, finance, and other attorneys. Embody our culture and values. |
