If your answer is "yes," you should join T-Mobile's All-Star Legal Team! You will play a critical role in supporting our enterprise-wide Ethics & Compliance program. In this role, you will serve as a trusted legal advisor to T-Mobile's Integrity Line and Corporate Investigations teams, managing sensitive and high-visibility internal investigations, and providing guidance on compliance, regulatory, and policy matters. You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners-including HR, Litigation, Cybersecurity, Government Affairs, and more-to scope and direct complex investigations, provide updates to senior leadership, and recommend remediation strategies. This role also includes developing training, maintaining investigative best practices, and contributing to the continuous enhancement of T-Mobile's compliance program. We are seeking an experienced attorney with a strong background in investigations and compliance, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to provide crisp, practical legal guidance under tight deadlines. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
