Position Summary

In partnership with Executive Director, Treasury Management, the Director of Treasury Sales Analytics lead the design and execution of analytical frameworks to evaluate sales performance, client profitability, product penetration, and market opportunities. The role requires close collaboration with sales, finance, product and support partners to inform decision-making and enhance sales performance. Duties & Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Analytics Leadership:

  • Develop sales projections, forecasts and dashboards in partnership with IT and Finance teams
  • Lead annual TM Pricing Exercise in collaboration with Product team
  • Research and evaluate areas of opportunity for revenue growth
  • Produce product opportunity reports for TM sales
  • Develop financial models (ROIs, profitability analyses, deposit strategies) for use by sales team
  • Identify and maintain list of enhancements for Salesforce CRM roadmap

Competitive Landscape Analysis:

  • Assess market trends, pricing, and competitor strategies
  • Gather input and feedback from business lines and customers to aid and inform product development
  • Develop customer use cases and sales forecasts for new product development, in partnership with Product team

Risk Analysis, Projects and Procedures:

  • Identify and document risk to the bank (operational, financial, technological, legal & compliance) related to customer activity
  • Maintain policies and procedures for TM sales as needed
  • Identify process improvement opportunities in the sales and support processes
  • Lead special projects as assigned by Executive Director, Treasury Management
Education & Experience
  • Knowledge of:
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • File transfer technology and banking software
    • Wire, ACH systems, and lockbox processing
    • Advanced computer technology
  • Ability to:
    • Multi-task and work independently
    • Take more than normal care to prevent loss to the organization
    • Perform duties under frequent time pressures
    • Solve problems independently while applying logic and discretion
  • Education and Training:
    • Requires Bachelor's degree in Business.
    • Requires 10 or more years of combined banking experience in sales, treasury management, and commercial banking.
    • Requires 8 or more years' experience in cash management or payment technology sales with a proven track record of achieving and surpassing quota.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary offered is based on factors, including but not limited to, the job duties, required qualifications and relevant experience, and local market trends. The role may be eligible for bonus or incentives based on company and individual performance.

(Base Pay Range: $120,000- $175,000/year)
