Salary Statement

Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $96,600.00/Yr. - USD $160,850.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.


Description

The position will streamline business processes, improve data visibility, and enhance collaboration. Will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into technical solutions, and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting. This role will also involve the development of data tracking to monitor project and organizational impact, including tracking funding and impacts based on project schedule, overtime, leave, and new requirements

    Designing, developing, and implementing automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline repetitive tasks such as approvals, reminders, report generation, and notifications
    • Specific examples include automating overtime requests and time-off requests
  • Integrating various Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Power BI, etc.) to create seamless information flows and collaborative solutions
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint sites, lists, and libraries to support business processes; a one stop shop knowledge base that is organized logically, with clear navigation, broken out by functional areas
  • Developing and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to visualize data and provide actionable insights
  • Maintaining and troubleshooting existing automation scripts and flows, ensuring their stability and optimal performance
  • Collaborating with project leads to gather and document business requirements for new automation projects and enhancements
  • Translating business requirements into technical designs, considering scalability and maintainability
  • Testing developed solutions and create comprehensive documentation for end-users and support personnel
  • Tracking funding and impacts based on project schedule, overtime, leave, new requirements, etc. and reporting on this data
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 features, updates, and best practices
  • Providing training and support to end-users on new and existing Microsoft 365 solutions

Requirements

  • Technical bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems management, mathematics, or similar
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Ideal certifications: CCNA / CCNP, Security+ or higher
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in the design, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and management of complex network systems that typically link numerous computing platforms, operating systems, and network topologies
  • Minimum three (3) years of broad and diverse background experience in business analysis, applications/systems engineering, and information operations and architecture
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience designing, testing, and implementing interface programs, developing security procedures, and managing network performances
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex problems to ensure no disruption of mission-critical applications
  • Hands on experience and thorough understanding of the following:
    • Navy (or similar) architecture frameworks and business/acquisition processes
    • DoD information assurance and cyber policies
    • Virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
    • Cloud-based networking solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure)


Desired Skills

  • Experience with the functions and capability of the Automated Digital Network System (ADNS)
  • Experience in network integration with Surface Afloat ADNS
  • Experience with Surface Ashore ADNS configurations will be required
  • VCP or similar certification


Clearance Information

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
