Production Technician

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

Shift: 1st Shift | Full-time schedule (exact days may vary)

As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and maintaining components and products.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Setting up, operating, and monitoring production equipment
• Assembling components using blueprints, schematics, or work instructions
• Inspecting finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
• Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery
• Recording production data and reporting any issues
• Following all safety protocols and maintaining a clean work area
• Collaborating with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

• Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or schematics
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Good time management and ability to work well in a team environment
