Engineering Technician

• Assist with assembly, diagnostics, and testing of electro-mechanical sub-systems and prototypes
• Design, document, and prototype tooling and fixtures for molds and heaters
• Work from schematics, diagrams, and verbal instructions to troubleshoot and test systems
• Collect and analyze test data to support engineering improvements
• Draft manufacturing drawings, CAD models, Bills of Material, and work instructions using SolidWorks or Pro-Engineer
• Support GMP assembly practices and create training materials
• Participate in design reviews and offer constructive input

• 5-7 years of electro-mechanical technician experience in manufacturing
• 3-D CAD experience preferred (SolidWorks, Pro-Engineer, Inventor)
• Knowledge of mechanical components, GD&T basics, and manufacturing processes
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ownership of your work
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• High School diploma and a Manufacturing Engineering degree

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. (with assistance for heavier items)
• Work may take place in office, manufacturing, or cleanroom environments
• Possible exposure to moving parts, electrical currents, and chemicals
• PPE provided as needed
