We're seeking a skilled Marketing Project Manager to support a leading Minneapolis-based agency known for delivering strategic, creative, and content-driven marketing solutions for top national brands.

This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, is exceptionally organized, and has experience managing creative deliverables across internal teams. You'll play a key role in ensuring timelines are met, materials are properly routed, and deliverables meet the highest quality standards.


About the Role

As a Project Manager, you'll work closely with senior project and account team members to coordinate daily workflows, maintain project documentation, and keep cross-functional teams aligned throughout the lifecycle of marketing and content projects.

You'll serve as the operational backbone for assigned projects-anticipating needs, tracking updates, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support Senior Project Managers and Account Supervisors



  • Maintain and update job direction orders (JDOs), project trackers, and timelines



  • Conduct regular check-ins with creative, strategy, and content teams



  • Coordinate internal reviews and manage file versioning



  • Route content and materials for internal and client approvals



  • Organize and manage files using SharePoint, Box, and OneNote



  • Proofread deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality



  • Capture meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups using AI-assisted tools



  • Assist with project closeout documentation and internal wrap-ups




Qualifications:


  • Experience in project coordination or project management within a marketing or agency setting



  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, and other collaboration tools



  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented with a strong process mindset



  • Excellent written communication and proofreading skills



  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep teams informed



  • Proactive self-starter who works well independently and in a team environment
