Case Picker

Staffmark is seeking an experienced Case Picker to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Smyrna, TN. If you're skilled in using electric pallet jacks and ready to take on a physically active role, we want to hear from you!

Pay: $20.00/hour

Shift: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM | Monday - Friday | Overtime: Saturdays as needed

As a Case Picker, you'll be responsible for accurately selecting, staging, and moving products using an electric pallet jack (EPJ). This role supports efficient order fulfillment in a busy distribution environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate an EPJ to pick and move cases to staging or loading areas
• Follow pick sheets or RF scanners to ensure order accuracy
• Stack, wrap, and stage pallets safely and securely
• Maintain accurate case counts and uphold order integrity
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report issues promptly
• Assist with general warehouse duties (restocking, housekeeping)
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a team-focused environment

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of recent EPJ experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior warehouse/distribution experience strongly preferred
• Must pass a practical skills test for EPJ operation
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks for the duration of the shift
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
