• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid forklift certification or the ability to obtain upon hire
• 1 year of recent forklift operating experience
• Experience working in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution settings is a plus
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with a team
• Steel-toes

• Operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and stage products and materials.
• Load and unload trailers, ensuring proper placement and securement of materials.
• Transport product between storage areas, production lines, and shipping zones.
• Scan and document all material movements using RF devices or inventory systems.
• Inspect forklift equipment daily and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including staging and racking areas.
• Assist in physical inventories and cycle counts as needed.
• Support other warehouse functions such as case picking, restocking, or pallet wrapping.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and follow company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or warehouse leadership.
