Schedule | Training will be held on the 1st shift, then go to the 3rd shift (Rotating schedule) Work every other weekend (12-hour shift)

Pay rate | $18 - 21/hr. (Depending on experience)

Requirement | High school diploma or GED + 3 years of MIG welding experience + Able to lift 50 pounds + Steel-toes

Key Responsibilities:



  • Measure, cut, and assemble materials following project specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings for layout and welding.
  • Follow welding safety guidelines to maintain a risk-free work environment.
  • Weld materials in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions.
  • Use measuring instruments and ensure quality, detail-oriented work.
  • Lift up to 50lbs, demonstrate strong math and written communication skills.
