In this leadership role, you'll be responsible for day-to-day site operations, team performance, and strategic business growth-ensuring vehicles are ready on time, customers have a smooth rental experience, and operational goals are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team to meet and exceed operational, financial, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Manage daily vehicle rental operations, including pickups, returns, swaps, and customer service resolution.
• Partner with garage and fleet maintenance teams to ensure vehicles are safe, clean, and ready for quick turnaround.
• Handle scheduling, hiring, performance reviews, and workflow management to keep the site running efficiently.
• Analyze key performance metrics, prepare reports, and present operational improvements to leadership.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and urgency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in operations management, logistics, automotive rental services, transportation, or retail management.
• 3+ years of proven leadership and team management in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to de-escalate and resolve issues quickly.
• Proficient in Google Sheets (or Excel) for data tracking and reporting.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
• Prior rental car, fleet management, or automotive industry experience is a plus.
