Temporary Opportunity: Administrative Coordinator - Fragrance Team (Maternity Leave Coverage for 6 months)

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to support a collaborative and dynamic Fragrance Marketing team during a maternity leave coverage. What You'll Do:



  • Keep it organized: Maintain, label, and store product samples; track and reorder as needed.
  • Support the team: Handle daily administrative and managerial tasks across departments.
  • Create portfolios: Develop competitive brand presentations using PowerPoint and Excel across categories like skincare, haircare, and makeup.
  • Get hands-on: Make product samples in the lab (don't worry - we'll train you!) and manage shipments to internal teams and external vendors.



What You Bring:



  • 2-4 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role for an R&D team
  • Experience within beauty, cosmetics, fragrances
  • Strong MS Office Suite skills (Excel & PowerPoint a must!)
  • Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work across teams at all levels



Location: Clark, NJ

Duration: Temporary Role - Maternity Leave Coverage anticipated to be for 6 months
