We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven Brand Manager to take the lead in building, shaping, and growing our client's brand presence. In this high-impact role, you'll be at the center of brand strategy-developing and executing annual marketing plans, driving innovation, leading cross-functional and agency teams, and turning long-term vision into winning in-market strategies. From packaging and product launches to pricing, promotions, and media, you'll have ownership over the full marketing mix and the opportunity to bring fresh, creative ideas to life.

Job Summary:

You'll lead business initiatives across functions like Consumer Insights, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Packaging Operations, ensuring flawless execution and measurable results. Your keen eye for market trends and data-driven insights will fuel growth strategies, while your leadership will inspire collaboration and excellence across teams.

Pay: Up to $90/hr.

Qualifications:



  • 5+ years of experience in Brand Management within CPG or beverage industries
  • Proven success managing brand planning, agencies, commercialization, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills
  • Solid marketing fundamentals with analytical expertise and experience using syndicated and internal data sources
  • MBA preferred but not required-what matters most is your ability to lead, innovate, and deliver results
