Are you an experienced CNC machine operator ready to take your skills to the next level? Advantage Technical is hiring CNC Machine Operators for a key role in the Ipswich, MA area, offering competitive pay and the opportunity to work on high-precision components in a collaborative and well-equipped environment.

Pay: $23 - $28 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Qualifications



  • Proven experience as a CNC machine operator, machinist, or in a related manufacturing role.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain product quality under deadlines.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills for production recordkeeping and CNC program management.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.


Physical Requirements



  • Clear visual acuity (corrected) to read documents, drawings, and inspect machined parts.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, and reach with hands and arms while working on the shop floor.
  • Lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.



Key Responsibilities



  • Set up and operate various CNC machine tools according to company procedures, quality standards, and time requirements.
  • Perform repetitive production machining operations while interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet precise tolerances and quality standards.
  • Upload, download, and edit CNC programs; maintain accurate computerized or manual production records.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and company shop expectations.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
