65857 OC Business Title: Downline Operator Job Title: Downline Operator Job Code(s): Revision Date: 09/04/2025 PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Downline Operator plays a critical role in ensuring product quality, operational efficiency, and workplace safety within a fiberglass manufacturing environment. This position requires technical proficiency in quality testing, equipment operation, and warehouse logistics, along with a commitment to continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration. Rate of Pay: $22.00/hr. with a $0.50 night shift differential Reports to: Operations Leader Schedule: Rotating shifts Schedules will rotate between nights and days every 28 days. Dayshift: 6:45am - 7:00pm Nightshift: 6:45pm - 7:00am Weekly Schedule follows a 2-2-3 pattern: Week 1: Work 2 days, off 2 days, then work 3 days. Week 2: Off 2 days, work 2 days, then off 3 days.
