Microsoft Dataverse is the platform to securely store an enormous amount of data in a cost efficient, scalable and easily manageable way. This team builds a suite of microservices to get near real-time insights over your data in Microsoft BIC Customer Experience. You will be a part of a team of engineers who solve problems. We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead a critical, company-wide AI knowledge strategy for support that directly impacts our customers, helping them resolve support issues quickly, before they even of users. In this role, you'll own the vision, roadmap, and execution of AI knowledge experiences-ensuring content is accurate, secure, complete, and actionable for both customers and support engineers. You'll drive cross-company alignment and deliver intelligent, scalable features that power Copilot and other enterprise tools. ResponsibilitiesAs a Principal Product Manager in this role you will create the AI knowledge strategy and features to improve the AI effectrfor security strategy and experience across the across the company leveraging key insights to drive foundational improvements to the support experience for our customers. Additionally you will be responsible for driving key improvements into the product to ensure we are a reference implementation of Dynamics. This role will leverage your product strategy to support the security experience.Own setting & executing product strategy for Microsoft Support experiences across multiple lines of businesses. Maintain working relationships with stakeholders across the company from the engineering groups, businesses, and the support organization. | |
