Law Firm Receptionist

• Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
• Answer, screen, and direct calls; take accurate messages as needed.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for mortgage closings.
• Maintain organized reception and waiting areas.
• Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
• Assist with document preparation, scanning, copying, and filing.
• Communicate effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and clients.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and case information.
• Perform other administrative duties to support office operations.

• Must have one year of relevant experience.
• Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred; law firm or real estate office experience a plus.
• Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
