Logistics Coordinator

In this fast-paced role, you'll play a key part in ensuring shipments are processed accurately and efficiently-keeping things running smoothly from the warehouse to the customer.

Pay: $25/hour

Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) | 2 days on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, etc.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll manage the entire shipping process from order picking to final loading, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency throughout.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating order picking, staging, loading, and generating shipping documents
• Using SAP and other systems to process shipments and maintain shipping records
• Acting as the primary logistics contact and phone support for carriers
• Greeting and directing drivers, verifying shipment details
• Maintaining dock schedules and ensuring all safety protocols (wheel chocks, dock locks, driver keys) are followed
• Preparing paperwork for next-day shipments and creating miscellaneous shipping labels as needed
• Assisting with glass inventory location for shipments
• Overseeing 5S activities and safety compliance on shift
• Supporting team members with SOPs and reporting opportunities to leadership

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-1 year of experience (entry-level welcome!)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic computer skills; SAP experience is a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• A proactive, safety-first mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
