We're looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team and help turn engineering precision into production excellence. In this role, you'll create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for mills, lathes, and other CNC machinery-working closely with engineers, machinists, and quality control to ensure every part meets exact specifications with maximum efficiency. Pay Rate: $32 - $35/hr. Schedule: 2:00pm - 10:30pm, Monday - Friday Job Summary: You'll interpret blueprints and engineering models, set up and troubleshoot machines, choose the right tools and feeds, and fine-tune programs for accuracy and productivity. From first article inspections to maintaining program libraries, your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will directly drive product quality and workflow efficiency. Qualifications:
