Warehouse Worker

Staffmark is seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Worker to join our client's team in Sellersburg, IN. This is a hands-on, physical role in a fast-paced distribution and manufacturing environment. If you're ready to work hard and grow with a reliable company, we want to hear from you!

Pay Rate: $22.50/hr

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Thursday | 10-hour shifts

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload pallets and individual cases from trailers
• Pick and fill orders using required technology
• Build and prep cardboard boxes for shipping
• Sort and organize cartons and packaging materials
• Assist with shipping, receiving, packing, and inventory control
• Support general housekeeping and sanitation duties (sweeping, trash removal, etc.)
• Handle recycling tasks including bundling cardboard and loading trailers using a dolly
• Lift and move items ranging from 15-50 lbs throughout the shift
• Perform clean-outs and service tasks in carton areas
• Collaborate with crane operators and production teams to ensure workflow

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and kneeling throughout a 10-hour shift
• Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment (hot in summer, cold in winter)
• Available for overtime, weekends, and off-shift work as needed
• Ability to wear required PPE (e.g., safety glasses, bump cap, hairnet)
• Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required
