 Senior Mechanic- 2nd Shift Job Locations

 Responsibilities Under general supervision, the mechanically savvy individual we seek will perform a variety of electrical, plumbing and carpentry work, handle general building issues and ensure all equipment runs properly and efficiently. Responsibilities include: 
 Completing work orders involving the replacement of electrical components, repairing plumbing fixtures, repairing/replacing ceiling tiles, repairing leaking roofs, general carpentry, and other related activities. 
     NOTE: The mechanic will rotate with other mechanics and be "on call". Qualifications Education:

 Position is overtime eligible and also offers a shift incentive. For applicants who will perform this position in New York City or Westchester County, the proposed hourly salary is $29.00/hr. to $33.00/hr. For applicants who will perform this position outside of New York City or Westchester County, salary will reflect local market rates and be commensurate with the applicant's skills, job-related knowledge, and experience. Unless otherwise specified, all posted opportunities are located in the New York or Greather Tri-State office locations.
