Job Description WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? RBC's Office of the US CIO is responsible for the oversight of all technology supporting the firm's Combined US Operations (CUSO). The CUSO includes Capital Markets, Wealth Management, City National Bank, RBC Bank (US), Global Asset Management, and Functions within the US. This unique role combining business analysis and project/program coordination is accountable to the US CIO for the support of project/program execution, delivery of business analysis and requirements, the coordination of program documentation, and the production of program materials and reports. This hands-on role will directly contribute to project functional/technical/quality analysis and oversee the creation, management and delivery of artifacts for technology projects supporting cross-LOB technical, regulatory and business-driven initiatives. The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $80,000-$135,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
