Operations Quality Manager
Overview The Operations Quality Manager reports to the Regional Quality Director, Americas. Responsibilities of the role include supporting all Quality activities in Milford Assembly and Kitting, the Franklin Distribution Center (GDC) and NPI (New Product Introduction), calibration activities within Milford and the Milford QA Laboratory. The role will also be responsible for critical Quality activity as it relates to new product transfers to Singapore. This position will lead the planning and execution of projects and activities for all of these functions and sites to improve product and process quality. They will analyze quality data, such as complaints, process non-conformances & capability, etc. to identify and correct quality issues. The Operations Quality Manager will be a key resource in identifying and implementing best practices for process improvement and driving customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
Manage and direct QA resources in Milford Assembly, Kitting, NPI, Calibration and the QA Laboratory along with the Franklin Distribution Center and Singapore product transfers.
