Hourly Pay Range: $34.41 - $53.34 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Position Highlights:
Job Summary: As the Clinical Informaticist - Ambulatory Nursing at Endeavor Health, you will provide expertise in health informatics, acting as a bridge between clinical leadership and Information Technology (IT) teams. You will lead discussions, translate complex clinical nuances for IT professionals, and communicate IT capabilities in a user-friendly language to clinicians and operations throughout our integrated healthcare delivery system. As a change agent, you will influence cultural shifts to improve clinician satisfaction, transform personalized patient care, maximize efficiency and usability, foster innovation, and advance healthcare technology. To be successful in this role, you will be expected to remain updated on the latest solutions and technologies and advocate for the adoption of industry best practices. This role will focus on optimizing nursing workflows and documentation within ambulatory care settings (e.g., clinics, physician offices). What you will do: Focus:Optimizing nursing workflows and documentation within ambulatory care settings (e.g., clinics, physician offices). Technology & Tools:Expertise in EHR systems (e.g., Epic Ambulatory), telehealth platforms, patient portals, and remote monitoring technologies. Data Analysis & Reporting:Analyzing patient data to improve chronic disease management, patient engagement, and adherence to care plans. Developing reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ambulatory nursing care. Workflow & Documentation:Designing and implementing standardized nursing workflows for common ambulatory procedures, medication management, and patient education. Ensuring compliance with ambulatory-specific regulatory requirements.
