$ 75-90K + Commission 1st Shift New Berlin, WI Job Category: Sales and Customer Service Job Details: What You'll Do * Drive New Business: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries, proactively seeking out leads and building relationships with key decision-makers. * Nurture Client Relationships: Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs and delivering personalized print solutions. * Present with Impact: Create and present compelling proposals and sales presentations that clearly communicate the value of our services. * Negotiate & Close: Prepare detailed quotes, negotiate pricing and terms, and close deals that are mutually beneficial. * Manage Projects: Oversee the sales process from start to finish - from initial consultation to project delivery - ensuring a seamless client experience. * Collaborate & Report: Work closely with internal teams to fulfill client needs and provide regular reporting on sales activity and performance. What We're Looking For * Proven success in print sales or a related B2B sales role. * In-depth knowledge of the commercial and digital printing industry, including various printing techniques and materials. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Self-starter mindset with a strong drive to exceed sales goals. * Ability to manage multiple projects with a focus on detail and client satisfaction.
