Seeking a new career challenge? Then Woolpert is seeking you! Woolpert is hiring a ERP Data Migration Team Lead to join our dynamic Corporate Applications IT Team. This position reports to the IT ERP Program Manager and is responsible for leading a team managing overall data migration from acquisition legacy ERP to Microsoft D365/ FO/CE. Qualified candidates will be highly skilled in relevant ERP functions.
We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located.
As an ERP Data Migration Team Lead at Woolpert, you will:
Oversee the teams' process of migrating acquisition company legacy ERP system to Microsoft D365 FO/CE.
- Lead a data migration team, manage resources, ensure data integrity, manage project timelines/risks.
- Plan, manage, and execute data migration projects.
Orchestrate and coordinate ERP team data migration activities from acquisition legacy ERP systems to D365 FO/CE including the management of data extract, transformation and load activities and mock conversion events. - Monitor and report progress on team data migration tasks, including identification of schedule and data quality risks and mitigation plans.
- Guide the team in adopting best practices for data strategy, data cleansing, system configuration, and user adoption.
Technical Skills:
- Senior level knowledge of at least one major ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is crucial. (D365FO/CE preferred)
- Database Management: Knowledge of database concepts and experience with database management systems used by the ERP system.
- Ability to integrate the ERP system with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Experience with data migration processes, including extraction, transformation, and loading of data.
- Familiarity with the underlying technologies and infrastructure of the ERP system.

Posted Salary Range
USD $115,000.00 - USD $130,000.00 /Yr.
