Responsibilities

The Data Validation Lead is responsible for ensuring that data collected, recorded, and reported within EXE5000 Final Assembly production processes is accurate, consistent, and secure. This role involves monitoring and verifying data quality, managing data systems and compiling reports . The individual will play a key role in ensuring data reliability, supporting quality standards, and safeguarding the integrity of production operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Use of computer-automated test systems and entering results
  • Ensure that data from production spreadsheets, quality control, and other sources is accurate, reliable, and consistent.
  • Conduct regular audits and checks on data systems and databases to maintain high-quality data integrity.
  • Troubleshot and resolve any data inconsistencies or errors identified in Presidio and TCD report.
  • Compiling daily reports on manufacturing data including Excel, Power Point, Images, Presidio MES data
  • Reaching out to manufacturing technicians and supervisors to get updates on individual units and individual processing steps
  • Requesting remeasurements, rework as necessary when unit data is not passing specifications

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 year's experience working in either FFI or WLT assembly
  • Strong understanding of data management principles, quality control, specifically Presidio, Excel & other ERP software commonly used in EXE5000 production.
  • Analytical skills to detect data anomalies and troubleshoot effectively.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Familiar working with optical components like lenses, mirrors, prisms
  • Experience working on new product introduction programs
  • Experience with laser test and alignment systems.
  • Experience operating optical test systems.
  • Excellent teamwork is a must.
  • Demonstrate understanding of basic optics technology
  • Must read and follow written and verbal work instructions and communicate effectively in a team environment.
  • Intermediate mathematical skills including use of basic math and geometry

Pay Range:

USD $59,820.00 - USD $99,700.00 Year
