Bernhardt Design Division is looking for a Quality Control Technician. Position will be located at Plant 4 (Connelly Springs Rd.) in Lenoir, NC and will help the existing Quality Control team with the inspection of incoming products, while maintaining quality records. Some Heavy Lifting

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Inspect incoming supplier parts and product to ensure correctness and quality adherence.


  • Perform routine inspections based on established quality control standards and processes.


  • Maintain detailed information specific to products, standards and supplier responsibilities.
  • Communicate internally regarding issues and provide various reports to management.
  • Maintain receiving and inspection records by part name, number, sku, etc.
  • Interact with purchasing, design, and operations management on supplier issues.
  • Works with external customers, such as suppliers and sales reps, on problem identification & resolution.



Preferred Experience & Skill Set:

  • 3-5 years prior quality control experience.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to multi-task and possess excellent communication and time management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs such as: email, word, excel
  • Experience working with an MRP computer software platform
