Valiant Integrated Services, a prominent leader in the Defense Services industry, is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Intelligence I/O for the Intelligence Warfighting Function to join a team providing military intelligence simulation training support services to the Army at the Mission Training Complex (MTC), JBLM, Washington. The full-time position serves as an Intelligences Subject Matter Expert and Intelligence simulations operator providing simulated military intelligence for Army training exercises. The primary Intelligence Simulation is Intelligence Electronic Warfare Tactical Proficiency Trainer (IEWTPT). The successful applicant effectively provides Intelligence coaching, exercise design, and simulation operations to support the customer during collective mission command training events and stand-alone Intelligence training events.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
- Plans, coordinates and supervises the MTC staff in the delivery of Intelligence Warfighting Function training support. Events can be stand-alone Intelligence WfF training or collective multi-WfF Staff Exercises.
- Assists the training unit in developing specific Intelligence training objectives stimulated by the Intelligence Electronic Warfare Tactical Proficiency Trainer (IEWTPT), WARSIM Intelligence Model (WIM) simulation systems and Multiple Unified Simulation Environment (MUSE).
- Supports exercise design and planning by integrating Intelligence Simulation capabilities into exercises to stimulate the unit's mission command information systems (MCIS). Maintains proficiency in the following MCIS, CPCE, JBC-P, and DCGS-A.
- Operates the various components of IEWTPT, WIM, and JLCCTC UE including Cross-Domain Solution. For example, configures and operates the Technical Control Cell (TCC) and Target Signature Arrays (TSA)/simulation interface, which provides simulated organic ISR system feeds to the training unit.
- Provides DCGS-A instruction and over-the-shoulder operator assistance.
- Conducts analysis and research with government customers, government mission command staff, TRADOC G2 Operational Environment Enterprise and Field Service Contractors for improved intelligence support to unit training.
- Develops scenarios, scenario products, and scenario databases in support of unit training.
- Provides intelligence collection, analysis, dissemination instruction, coaching and mentoring to brigade and battalion staffs.
- Maintains proficiency in the various Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC) simulations and models in order to integrate the intelligence simulation models as directed (e.g. WARSIM, JCATS, LOTS and DXTRS).
- Provides input to the Simulation Control Plans (SCP) and implements simulation workstation layouts to support exercises.
- Configures and tests intelligence simulations with Event Database.
- Prepares and presents briefings and demonstrations on computer simulation models and exercise related issues.
- Performs intelligence focused exercise control (EXCON) operations. This includes Higher, Adjacent and Lower response cells. Provides OPFOR support in accordance with the TRADOC G2 Operational Environment Enterprise center, D.A.T.E., and threat tactics.
- Performs intelligence focused higher command (HICOM) functions as needed to support training events.
- Supports unit After Action Reviews (AAR) by assisting with the collection plan and producing products as needed by the unit AAR lead.
- Performs System administration, cyber security updates, maintains ATO for IEWTPT, WIM and JLCCTC UE.
- Has access to and regularly works with Government sensitive data often at the TS/SCI level.

- Experience within the Intelligence Warfighting Function (e.g. DCGS-A, SIGINT, All Source Analyst, Collection Management, IEWTPT, etc.).
- 6 years' experience assigned to a battalion, brigade or higher Intelligence staff.
- Graduate of the TRADOC G2 Threat Tactics Course or equivalent.
- Experience in the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) and ability to instruct MDMP/IPB is preferred.
- Proficient with U.S. Army Doctrine: Unified Land Operations, Operations Process, Mission Command, Training Units and Developing Leaders and Army Leadership.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint software programs.
- Possess an adjudicated U.S. Top Secret Clearance with Special Compartmentalized Information caveat (TS/SCI). Must be able to obtain/pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph.
- Current DoD 8570.01-M IAT level I Cyber Security Workforce baseline certification (e.g. Security+, A+, Network+, CCNA-Security, SSCP).
- Achieve a Computing Environment certification within 6 months of employment in accordance with DoD 8570.01-M.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
- Competed Captains Career Course, Advanced NCO Course, Battle Staff Course, Intermediate Level Education or equivalent level military schooling.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, as well as standing for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds when needed.
- Perform work in buildings and outdoor environments.
- Outdoor environments may involve inclement weather conditions, carrying equipment over uneven terrain, and maneuvering equipment in tight spaces.
