Lead. Inspire. Deliver Results. As a Small Business Regional Sales Manager (DOM), you will own the strategy, execution, and results for Stellantis' small business sales across your territory. Leading a team of Small Business Sales Managers (SBSMs), you'll drive growth, strengthen dealer network performance, and expand Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram's presence with commercial customers.
