We are seeking a highly organized and technically adept SRE/Technical Project Manager to lead and support initiatives within our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Cloud Operations teams. This role will do both project management and support technical efforts that enhance reliability, resiliency, observability, and stability improvements for our organization.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • AI Persona User: Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks. Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation


  • Project Management & Coordination


    • Own and manage multiple project efforts tracking schedules, deliverables and proactive status reporting
    • Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies
    • Ensure alignment across various teams


  • Communication & Reporting


    • Create and deliver executive-level presentations and status reports
    • Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences


  • SRE Activities


    • Collaborate and support initiatives that improve system reliability and performance
    • Support incident response and problem management activities
    • Help drive improvements to reliability, resiliency, and observability for services
    • Help optimize monitoring and alerting
    • Recommend and drive process improvements
    • Support integration and adoption of observability platforms such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and other monitoring tools
    • Participate in rotational on-call support

Required Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • Technical Background: 5+ years of experience in technology
  • Communication Skills: 4+ years of experience with strong written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to executives and large audiences
  • Project Management Experience: 3+ years of experience managing technical projects in agile or hybrid environments


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Technical Background: Prior experience as an SRE, cloud operations engineer, or similar technical role is highly desirable
  • Cloud & Infrastructure Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code practices
  • Security: Prior experience managing security vulnerabilities and remediation
  • Observability Tools: Experience with tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, or similar



Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
