Job Summary Craft cuisine that captivates! As Sous Chef, you will help lead our culinary operations, elevate kitchen standards, and deliver top-tier dining experiences. You'll support the Executive Chef in executing innovative menus, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring every plate meets Levy's high standards of excellence. Qualifications Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience Minimum 3 years in a high-volume kitchen leadership role ServSafe Certification required; HACCP knowledge preferred Strong proficiency in kitchen management systems Key Responsibilities Supervise kitchen team members and daily operations Execute high-quality food production in line with Levy standards Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation compliance Collaborate on menu development and recipe testing Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls Train and mentor junior kitchen staff We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with a criminal history (including relevant driving history), in a manner consistent with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the City of Los Angeles' Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, and the New York Fair Chance Act.
