Title: Site Integration and Contract Specialist
Location: Plaquemine, LA

Salary: $96,000 - $129,500
Schedule: Onsite, 5-8s or 9/80 available

Focus: The Site Integration and Contract Specialist is responsible for optimizing integration between internal operations and external partners to enhance efficiency and financial performance and the day-to-day contract management activities at the Plaquemine Site.

Site Integration and Contract Specialist Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage the safe and efficient integration across Olin facilities and external entities
  • Draft, implement, and maintain contracts, agreements, and service guidelines
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of contracts in their area of responsibility and support the Plaquemine Contract Manager regarding contract questions, concerns, and issues; provide support for contracts related to Site Services, Operating Services, Business Services, Technical Services, Ground Leases, and more
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of contractual information including service obligations, demarcation points of ownership transfers, process material flows, service and utility flows, mass balance calculations, and forward/reverse billing calculations, to ensure contract compliance and financial efficiency
  • Ensure all services are accurately invoiced between Olin and Olin's customers and service providers. Collaborate with Olin Accounting to ensure charges and revenue are allocated to the appropriate Olin cost centers; account for any changes in service charges and confirm invoicing is updated appropriately
  • Coordinate with functional stakeholders (e.g. manufacturing, supply chain, EH&S, etc.) to ensure contract terms and conditions are understood and fulfilled; collaborate with stakeholders to optimize contract economic value for Olin by reducing contract costs and increasing contract revenue
  • Forecast consumption of services and the associated revenue by customer and type of service for all contracts in the specified area of responsibility; document and analyze actual consumption of services
  • Assist in the process to manage Alterations and other Ground Lease requirements
  • Provide backup for manager in site integration and contracts

Site Integration and Contract Specialist Minimum Requirements:

  • Must meet one of the following education and experience requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent plus minimum 10+ years of manufacturing, operational service, construction, purchasing, commercial contract management, or supply chain experience; OR
    • Bachelor's Degree*; Engineering or Business degree preferred plus minimum 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to work independently and with teams across all levels of the company
  • Strong interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient to Advanced skills in SAP, Excel, and Word preferred
  • Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) and possess a valid US Driver's license
